How do I qualify for the offer?

You’ll qualify by purchasing a new Life Insurance or Over 50s Insurance policy with Co-op on or after 1 November 2025. Within 28 days of your purchase, we’ll send you an email with details on how to claim your free wills and estate planning review.

Is there a time limit to claim my review?

Yes, you'll have 12 months to claim your review. The 12 months starts from your policy start date. We will send you an email within 28 days of your purchase with details on how to claim your review. We'll also follow up with a helpful reminder email to ensure you don't miss out!

I can't find my email, what should I do?

Don't worry if you can't find your email, fill out the short contact form on the right and let us know you can't find your email. A member of our helpful team will get back in touch with you and can re-send this for you.
