How do I qualify for the offer?
To qualify for this offer, you will need to purchase a new Life insurance policy directly from Co-op Insurance on or after 11th December 2023.
Once you have purchased, you will receive a confirmation email if you pass the 6-month cooling off period, you’ll then be able to choose a free gift.
Will I get my gift instantly once I have purchased?
You will be eligible to choose your free gift after you pass your 6-month cooling off period, from the date your policy started.
Providing you have not cancelled, your payments are up to date and you have not made a claim in the past 30 days, you’ll receive a ‘how to claim’ email within 15 days of becoming eligible.
Is there a time limit to choose my gift?
Once you've received your 'how to claim' email, you'll have 30 days to choose which gift you'd like. We will send you a reminder email if you have not selected your gift choice within the first 15 days of your claim period.
Make sure you choose your gift within your 30-day claim period, as we will not be able to extend this.
I have not received my 'how to claim' email allowing me to choose my gift - what should I do?

I've chosen my gift but I can no longer access my gift details - what should I do?
Once you've chosen which gift you'd like, you'll have 60 days to keep accessing your gift details.
If you no longer have access to your gift code and you haven't had the chance to use it yet, please complete the short contact us form on this page and a member of the team will be happy to look into this for you.

How do I redeem my Love2shop eGift Card?
Once you’re eligible and have selected the Love2shop eGift Card as your preferred option, we'll provide you with a 14 digit code and a date to use it by.
You will then be directed to choose the brand you'd like to convert your £100 Love2shop credit to. Once you've chosen the specific brand you'd like, you'll receive a new code which you can spend directly with your chosen brand.

Where can I use my eGift?
You can use your eGift online or in-store at over 50+ brands such as Sports Direct, Asos, John Lewis and Partners, Argos, Sainsburys and many more.
Once you receive your gift, you’ll be directed to choose the brand you'd like to convert your £100 Love2shop credit to. Once you've chosen the specific brand you'd like, you'll receive a new code which you can spend directly with your chosen brand.
How long do I have to use my gift?
Your Love2shop eGift Card will be valid for up to 12 months, the exact expiry date will be presented on your gift page once you've chosen this as your preferred gift.

How long do I have to spend my gift card?
You have up to 10 years to spend your gift card from the date the email is sent. If you need help, you can find more information on how to use your gift card here.(Link opens in a new tab)
How do I spend my gift card?
To spend it you just need to add it to your Amazon account (if you don’t already have one, you’ll need to sign up), you can find full instructions on how to do this on the Amazon app and at amazon.co.uk.
Once it’s added, it will be included in your payment options when you check out your next order.
Your gift code may also be entered when prompted during the checkout process.
My gift card isn’t working, what should I do?

What can I spend my gift card on?
It can be spent on the Amazon app or by visiting www.amazon.co.uk.

Can I use more than one Amazon.co.uk Gift Card at once?
Yes, if your purchase is less than £100, you can use some of your gift card balance so the remaining amount can be used for another purchase.
If your purchase is more than your gift card, you can use your remaining balance and pay the rest using another payment method.

Cheque FAQs
How will I get my £100 cash?
If you choose this option, you'll receive £100 cash paid via cheque. This will be posted to the postal address you provide when choosing this as your preferred option.
What name will my Cheque be made payable to?
If you choose this as your preferred welcome gift option, we'll ask you to provide your full name and postal address as stated on your bank account. The cheque can only be made payable to the policyholder.
Please ensure that you provide the full and exact name as per your bank account, to avoid issues cashing the Cheque in.
How long is my Cheque valid for?
Your Cheque will be valid for 6 months from the date it is issued, so please ensure you cash it in within this period.
